I had very good results with the DOT 2009 SS595 on the Nürburgring last week from which I only live 1 hours drive away. It performed outstandingly!! My friend and I were amazed at the grip levels we reached. They were similar to the Proxxes R888 Semi-Slick. Amazing! I drive a 2008 Seat Leon Cupra with 210 Diesel horsepower. My friend had the SS595 mounted on his 911 (964) Porsche today. It has 340 horsepower. We are going to try them out on the Nürburgring on Sunday. He will also want to drive them on his 2009 Nissan GTR when it arrives in July.

Been using Falken RTs for years..until recently when the falkens were out of stock, i change to 595rs-R after friends said they are not bad, i still hv my doubts when i saw the 595rs-R due to the design,as no other tires hv the size i wanted, fixed the 595rs-R.to my astonishment, during stright line drag, the level of grips supresses the Falkens as normelly i spun through 2nd gear on falkens RTs but on federal, only a faint chrip when enguaging 2nd gear,no lost of distance travelled base on rpm.During corners, it let me felt more on rails.I believe is due to the 140 , as its softer, so more grip. I definetly will change back 595rs-R when my current set finished.Fererals 595rs-R does gv good amount of grip but i personelly feel the side walls are still abit soft.
