Federal Tyres is proud to continue sponsorship of 2016 Thailand Super Series (TSS), promoting the ever-growing motorsports event in Asia. With season announcements from the official press conference at Asiatique The Riverfront, 2016 TSS is ready to engage bigger fans with better events at FIA Grade 3 circuits.
For this conference edition, a new high-profile venue at downtown Bangkok with shopping malls and Mekong River tour attractions nearby is chosen. The location is able to connect TSS with larger Bangkok public and passing tourists, symbolizing ambitions from TSS to thrust racing events into wider spectrum.
A lot of new and exciting developments from TSS are announced during the conference. Among these highlights are FIA Grade 3 homologation for the Bangsaen Street Circuit and the introduction of TCR racing events.
In addition to exciting press conference announcements, TSS also honors its champions of the 2015 season with iconic glittering golden trophies while awarding rising star trophies to reward drivers that made most progress over the years.
