Fans Rave Over Federal Tyres King of Europe's New Circuit at Lignières, Switzerland

Round 5 of the 2016 Federal Tyres King of Europe Series (KOE) just headed to a brand new circuit at Lignières, Switzerland while drift legend Keiichi Tsuchiya also showed up, lifting the game to higher levels. New track, skillful racers, and celebrity appearance did not let European fans down as the game drew thousands of fans coming and watching.

Sunny skies greeted local fans and global teams alike. As fans enjoyed the beautiful weather, drivers excelled themselves to impress the Drift King, Tsuchiya and crowds while pushing for the fastest approach to dominate this whole new track.

In the Pro2 Series, Arnaud Emery extremely impressive driving handed him the top spot on the podium as Anthony Rocci and Silvano Moreira took the second and third place. As for the Queen of Europe Series, Corinna Graff's unfortunate spin allowed Denise Ritzmann snatch her way to the top while Danielle Murphy nabbed the third spot.

With incredibly intense battles and splendid drift skills from Pro2 and Queen of Europe racers, more and more crowd came and watch the Pro Series. Refusing to take the second spot on the podium for the fourth consecutive time, Remmo Niezen went full throttle and took the lead all the way with his first ever Federal Tyres King of Europe Series win. Adam Kerenyi and Raffaele Rusca took the second and third respectfully.

"We are proud to be part of the round at Lignières, Switzerland and to showcase our best-of-breed tyres for street and racing performance to Swiss fans,” said Da-Wu Chen, Sales and Marketing Director of Federal Tyres.

The next round of 2016 Federal Tyres King of Europe will head to Circuit de Can Padró, Spain on September 3 and 4.
